My husband has ALS and is on a respirator. We want to turn it off according to his living will but his doctor thinks it is immoral and doesn't agree? What are our rights about this?

The Professor's answer:

Oklahoma law requires physicians to follow advance directives (living wills).

If his doctor refuses to follow your husband's wishes, he is required to
facilitate his referral to a physician who will follow his directions.
